ESN BoSStar Fighter |

Here are a few pictures and short discription of a scratch fab Star Fighter I built for my kids. It is considerably larger than my previous submissions a few years ago. The ESN BoSStar Fighter is equipped with four engines, two hydomax jet engines for in atmosphere flight and two plasmatic flexural engines for flight in space. It is armed with one ion canon on its left side and a smaller high power laser emitter on its right side. The under portion of the fighter carries a single low yield nuclear device used for attacks on planetary ground targets and rocket launchers are mounted on the wings just for the sake of weaponry overkill. The fighter was designed with a dual-purpose long and short-range sensor array and a multi- function communications antenna. Forward of the cockpit there are two force shield generators and directly behind the cockpit is a deflector grid for added protection against rear attacks. This fine space fighter is revered through out the galaxy (or at least in my back yard) for its exceptional performance and durability in combat and is the primary fighter carried by the Earth Space Navy battle cruisers. The ESN BoSStar Fighter was built from scrap metal gathered from a local junkyard. Building materials include several old air and water tanks, various automobile parts, a shopping cart basket, a super size barbeque, different types of farming and mining implements, and a national guard artillery shell. The construction was done with a cutting torch, a chop saw, a really big hammer and my old Miller stick welder. Color by Krylon. Image: Underside Image: Pilot Image: Cockpit Image: Construction |
