This is the ERTL Millenium Falcon slightly modified. I built this model way back in the early 90's. The first two Falcons I had built earlier before this were really amateurishly built so I trashed them both to the parts bin. I was on a mission to make this third attempt at the ERTL Falcon my best one yet.

The major fixes I had to do were to reduce the height of the sidewalls and everything else that was affected by this sidewall height reduction. Extra detailing was added to the appropriate areas of the ship. The circular window in front of the Main Cockpit was enlarged slightly. The gunport windows were replaced and rebuilt. The guns were also rebuilt. The two extra landing gear box structures to represent the Empire Strikes Back version were scratched out of styrene sheet. The circular dish was reduced in diameter just slightly. Obviously my Falcon isn't at all accurate detailing- wise to the original miniatures, but neither was the Empire Falcon miniature to the original New Hope Falcon miniature.
