This is the Polar Lights USS Enterprise, built straight from the box. Very nice kit and great detailing for this scale. The only complaint I have of this kit is how the engines attach to the support struts. I just removed the tab located inside the engine, then opened up the hole on the engine, then rolled the engine onto the support tab until the inboard engine grills were parallel.

The model was painted using Model Master Enamels, one part Hellblau RLM 65, and one part Flat White, seems to be a close match to the original paint used by the studio. No weathering again, wanted a refit look.

Overall, a fun kit to do! Hats off to Polar Lights for bringing back the classic's, and providing such excellent detail!
